Royal Canin VET Loyalty Program

If you buy Royal Canin Veterinary dry food (VET) from us, then you have a chance to participate in a Loyalty program, which can offer good opportunities for you. You do not have to do much – after your 1st buy – send us back the Loyalty book fulfilled with your datas and with your signature. We will keep your Loyalty book until you want to use those collected points. Once you have get enough points for your choosen gift (let us know which one), we will send it to you with your next order (only if it is still available) within 4 weeks. In that case your choosen gift is out of stock, then you have the right to choose another one.

After your Veterinary (VET) dry food order’s weight (in gramms), you will get 1 point (after every gramm food) in your Loyalty book. You can collect these points in 3 different categories:

  • Loyalty book for cat owners
  • Loyalty book for small (under 10kg) dog owners
  • Loyalty book for large (over 11kg) dog owners

The different books contains different gifts:

For cat owners:

  • if you bought for 4000 points, then your gift will be a Food container or 400g dry food
  • If you bought for 12000 points, then your gift will be a Cat toy or a Massage center
  • if you bought for 15000 points, then your gift will be a Bag or 1,5kg dry food
  • if you bought for 45000 points, then your gift will be a Sport bag, or 6kg dry food

For small dog (under 10kg) owners:

  • if you bought for 6000 points, then your gift will be a Lead and bowl or 5 pieces of EDUC
  • If you bought for 15000 points, then your gift will be a Backpack or 1,5kg dry food
  • if you bought for 20000 points, then your gift will be an Indoor bed
  • if you bought for 45000 points, then your gift will be a Sport bag, or 6kg dry food

For large dog (over 11kg) owners:

  • if you bought for 15000 points, then your gift will be a Cushion or Food container
  • If you bought for 30000 points, then your gift will be a Backpack or 2kg dry food
  • if you bought for 45000 points, then your gift will be a Sport bag or 4kg dry food
  • if you bought for 112000 points, then your gift will be 14kg dry food
