Description
100% Arabica, dark roast, ground Illy coffee in metal container. You can prepare a coffee with quite strong flavour, preferred mostly in South Italy from the dark roasted, Illy blend of 9 famous Arabica marked with black colour. It contains the same 9 Arabica coffees as the medium roast Illy, but it was roasted on a higher temperature and for linger period, therefore it has amore intense flavor. The caffeine content is also the same like the medium roast Illy, less than 1,5%. After roasting the coffee will be packed without adding Nitrigen to it, and with pressing out the air from it on overpressure, which is the patent of the Illy, and the most developed form of packaging the coffee. In this way the coffee will have its aroma and freshness achieved during roasting until you use it, and this is guaranteed by the Illy for 2 years.
